The Migali C-RO4-12GL-LP gas range offers a trio of cooking tools, including grates, a griddle, and an oven, to cater to a wide range of dishes. On the left side, there's a sturdy 3⁄4-inch-thick steel griddle plate, perfect for preparing small quantities of pancakes and burgers. On the right, four burners provide the versatility to cook soups, sauces, and boil water, with each burner capable of generating 25,000 BTUs. Additionally, the oven boasts a robust 27,000 BTU output.

Designed to withstand the rigors of a high-volume kitchen, the Migali C-RO4-12GL-LP gas range is constructed with durable stainless steel for its body and griddle, while heavy-duty cast iron grates ensure longevity. Although the porcelain-enameled oven interior is not as robust due to susceptibility to cracking, it does make cleaning inside the cavity a breeze. Both the oven handle and temperature control knobs are crafted from wear-resistant chrome for added durability.
