The Migali C-CO2 full-size convection oven features a double-deck design that can hold five 18-inch by 26-inch food pans. It uses a dual-speed fan with an adjustable cooling mode to evenly distribute hot air throughout the cabinet. When the doors are opened, the fan automatically shuts off, and a safety switch prevents overheating. The oven is equipped with glass doors for easy viewing of the food inside, which is also illuminated by interior lights. The doors are designed to open simultaneously with one hand for convenience. Constructed with an easy-to-clean enamel interior and coved corners, the Migali C-CO2 Double convection oven, available in liquid propane, is built for durability with a stainless steel exterior and legs. The oven is mobile, thanks to casters on the legs, allowing for easy repositioning. Temperature can be controlled between 150 and 500 degrees Fahrenheit with solid-state digital controls. The oven comes with five nickel-plated racks that are corrosion-resistant and can be adjusted in 13 different positions for flexible cooking options.
