The Migali C-3R-HC three-section refrigerator boasts a generous 72 cubic feet of storage space spread across its three sections, providing ample room for 12-inch by 20-inch steam pans or 18-inch by 26-inch sheet pans. Each section is equipped with three shelves for efficient organization, along with LED lighting to enhance visibility. The refrigerator's doors can be opened to 90 degrees, where they will remain open, allowing users easy access to the interior. The durable stainless steel doors feature rounded corners to resist impacts and well-attached recessed handles.
This reach-in refrigerator is equipped with a self-contained, top-mounted refrigeration system that operates at an adjustable level between 33 and 41 degrees Fahrenheit. Users can easily change the temperature using the electronic controls located on the front panel, and monitor the current level on the digital display. The refrigeration system utilizes R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant to cool the air, which is then circulated through the cabinet with fans. The air flows down the plenum at the back, up the front, and around the stored products, ensuring consistent temperatures throughout.
