Featuring a 1" thick polished steel cooking surface with excellent heat retention, this unit is designed to endure rigorous daily use and ensures rapid recovery for seamless transitions between grilling various products. Six high-output "U" shaped burners deliver a powerful 162,000 BTU, strategically spaced 12" apart on the griddle surface. Independent manual infinite heat controls enable the establishment of different cooking zones, allowing simultaneous cooking of burgers, bacon, and other items.

Built for durability in demanding commercial environments, this griddle boasts a fully welded stainless steel body with an aluminized frame. The front ledge incorporates a "cool bullnose" design, enhancing safety by preventing employee burns on the prep line. With 4" adjustable legs, the unit can be raised to a comfortable working height. When it comes time for thorough cleaning, (2) 6 qt. removable grease drawers simplify and expedite the process. A natural gas connection is required.
